These terms govern your use of Shark Golf. By creating an account or joining a round, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to use paid features.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app; no using Shark Golf for unlawful gambling where prohibited by local law. Friendly wagers between players are between the players themselves — Shark Golf does not hold funds or process bets.

Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us if something's wrong.

Your content

You keep ownership of the scores, notes, and content you enter. You grant us the license needed to store, display, and share that content with the other players in your rounds.

Disclaimers

Shark Golf is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee the app will be error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
